Option 1 - Beneficial for Teck to annouce a buyout at the same time the BFS comes out public .

Option 2 - Beneficial for shareholders if BFS comes out but no firm commitment / takeout price from Teck. Therefore like you mention ..the SP heads north quickly.

OPTION 2 would be best for Shareholders! What are the odds of this happening?
