i would equally love either a complete buyout or the opportunity to watch the clock tick on 120 days. A complete buyout should see SP jump to close to buyout price. The 120 day clock could make the SP jump to unknown levels with traders speculating a 25 , 40 or 75% option. There is a large difference between these percents and the ever present likely hood that a large Corp buys our share out. Not likely though as Tck would not like to have to pay for the mine and have to answer to another corporation. I believe complete buyout at a premium price likely because Cuu may not have a choice on the backin but can certianly play hardball on a buyout. Buy out intentions leave the door open for a large conglomerant to out bid Tck.
