Anyone who is interested, here is what I propose

Absent any officail communication from the company as to what the hell is going on by close of business Friday:

Either a PR saying the BFS is complete;

or The BFS will be issued on (date)

or As a result of ongoing negotiations, we cannot make the BFS public

or something, anything to acknowledge that someone other than the directors and the insiders get to know what is happening

That we form a group to reserach applicable securiities law in this instance and consider retaing counsel to initiate inquiries as to our rights in this matter

I'll help to co-ordinate if you want to contact me by PM, and I'll agree to contribute the first $500 to a fund to proceed inn this matter

To be clear, I have tremendous regard for the management of CUU and do not believe there is any intentional slight or abuse on their part

Just seems to me that we are being ignored here, and I for one can't afford it any more
