I wouldn't be so skeptical that someone would spend $200K on some shares based on recommendation from a friend. We've basically all hang on to our shares based on the speculation that the BFS would be release next week - and we kept on believing despite being let down again and again by management! Aren't we equally gullible in a way? JMO
