I am also starting to think that we will be sold for much less than the average $5 that the previous poll showed. I think we will see a spin co and management will “spin it” as potentially for much greater gains.

I'm also thinking we won't sell all of BC and will retain the 100% owned lands, and Teck may only buy SC and what they have an option for. We'll still get a liquidation event, just not as big - and will have more longer term potential gains. I'm not upset by the idea, but I would have much rather had a total liquidation event for BC, and reverse split for Arizona with retained cash.
