Elmer is well connected and extremely well respect by his peers. For anyone to believe or suggest that he is not to be trusted is ludicrous.
I'm not sure how you got that implication. Us not selling everything could be for many reasons, such as Teck being content with what's been proven and unwilling to take the exploration risk for the other lands. This can be because of our asking price, especially when they look at how much they may get cheaply because of their 75% backin. Perhaps we decide to just keep exploring as we know we can sell it for more later and create an option agreement with Teck for those lands as well. I mean, the lack of drilling this year does indicate we'll probably sell the whole lot, and that is managements intention, but things don't always go according to plan. It's a scenario you do have to consider.
