Yeah, I wonder what discussions? So we learn that the BFS reviews are complete but the BFS document hasn't been signed off on yet. I wonder why? If the reviews are complete then that means everyone has come to agreement on the numbers. So what's there left to review or change?

Unless Teck is doing their own review and has asked CUU for a Non disclosure agreement. That is the only legal way CUU management can hold off on signing and releasing the BFS. IMHO, no other explanation fits. If Teck is not reviewing under a NDA agreement then CUU management is in breech of their fiduciary duties by holding off on releasing the BFS.
