5 Billion for 80% of a massive resource. Cu concentrations 0.09% higher than Shaft but Gold only 0.07 gms/ton (Shaft 0.19 gms/tonne), Silver 30% less grade than Shaft and Moly only 0.007% (Shaft 0.017%).

A 4 Billion ton M&I Resource that roughly gives them about 8 Billion pounds of Cu per Billion tonnes of ore and a little over 2 million oz og gold per billion tonnes or ore.

This folks is why Shaft is a SUPERIOR RESOURCE and we will get paid ! This project has an over 6 Billion Capex and the recoveries are far lower (Cu-89%, Au-52%, Ag-46%, Mo-53%) for the credits than Shaft. Their cost/pound Cu= 72 cents, ours hopefully even further negative than the PFS.

So why folks are we worth $5 +/sh ?
