The Bob Quinn substation may be ahead of schedule but closely connected contacts of mine advise that the NTL is well behind schedule. I'm not sure how this impacts the overall development scheme of things - maybe, not much, since major projects such as Teck/SC are planned to operate for decades and slippages of months or even a year are not significant in the big picture.
