Kits09, the hydro speaker did say there was a lot of work left to do, although he said they were on schedule thus far. In my mind, it is our FS and a Teck decision holding things up really. But now that you mention what you did, a hydro contact of mine did tell me about some small bits of the NTL that are behind schedule. Still, it is being built.
