an old gentleman in the back asked that a mine could need large capacity to run in the next few years and if BC hydro could meet the requirement. it was ansered that was not an issue. BC hydro can increase its capacity by upgrade a dam in somewhere and a fire power station. there were more than 200 persons present and quite noisy. i was in the far back of the hall and did not get the name of fire power station.
