I am of the thought that we will see the BFS first. Elmer stated several times that when the BFS was. done there would be a NR. I believe he wants to deliver the BFS to Teck as per the agreement and start the 120 day clock. Teck may have some of the figures but I dont believe that they have the BFS right now. That is material information and CUU cannot withhold that from its shareholders. Teck may make an offer for Cuu before BFS but Elmer could still release the BFS and get Liard shares, start the clock . All before a deal could be finalized. Makes it complicated so I think it will just go down as per the original agreement.
