Not exactly the same process, but if whatever is currently underway is a process that would need to be considered by the BOD, and if the intention is to impose an information blackout during the process, I think such a notice would be the professional approach

We have not been advised of the staus of the BFS, whether Teck has it, whether we are in talks with Teck, whether it has been completed, nothing..
