We all have our own personal opinion on the cause of the low volume, some will say its the lack of sellers and others will say its that lack of buyers..

Everybody is in a wait and see stance. Nobody wants to sell for fear of missing out and nobody wants to buy for fear of further delays. Stalemate. We need news to move this further. The good news is the sellers that have to sell for tax loss have probably done so already.
