"I just dont understand how the catalysts brings us 300 percent"

It has been stated here at least 100 times that the majority of us believe the buyout has nothing to do with the stock price but instead what the asset is worth.

The SP doesn't accurately reflect the asset value as no one know's the results of the BFS nor what % of the property we are going to end up with.

Please do more reading or have another lunch with David for an explanation.
