I'm begining to wonder if they would rather have the fiscal cliff issues ''resolved'' before making such a big dollars deal ... maybe their shareowners would not consider a multi billion buyout of a junior explorer a ''Safe move'' being uncertain about what's around the corner for the global economy... that being said I think everyone knows this will get resolved on time ...
