Thank you for making the effort to call and sharing with us the "soon" you heard from Cathy and your interpretation that she was genuine! Despite the fact it is the same (I presume) "soon" we've heard, it is still comforting to hear it again, and one never knows; maybe this "soon" this time is sooner than the previous "soon" we've heard!
