The warrants to purchase 3,278,689 common shares issued pursuant to the December, 2011, private placement (which would have otherwise expired on Dec. 13, 2012) will be extended to expire on Dec. 13, 2013. The warrants to purchase two million common shares issued pursuant to the January, 2013, private placement (which would have otherwise expired on Jan. 30, 2013) will be extended to expire on Jan. 30, 2014.
