If Ernesto were in a blackout, Copper Fox would not need to announce the extension and they would not need to get TSX approval for it. The warrants would just quietly remain extended, similar to the February options.

The rest of the company may be in a blackout, but I don't think it's possible for Ernesto to be included in this.
