So the February options didn't expire and didn't need TSX approval but the December Warrants did because they were Ernesto's who's a controlling director?

Why not get the options extended officially at the same time. It's a little confusing why the options don't need approval but the warrants might. I get it's because of who owns them and how much of the company he owns but it's a little strange none the less.
