For the life of me I cannot see any reason why the mere fact of a possible transaction, either backin or buyout is somehow preferable to anyone, except Teck at this juncture
..and the advantages, to them, are that they have our apparent acquiescence to not drop the BFS which triggers the clock and share transfer
...and keeps our share price suppressed which obviously enhances their negotiating position
If the BFS is done and shows the project to be revenue neutral, we need to be officially advised that we haven't invested in moose pasture, which is where the market is now valuing us
The damages to shareholders are mounting as people plan their yearend strategies which are now complicated by political events in the US which may bring steep tax consequences on investment results
