Thanks Vette and the other Knowledgeables for sharing. If I understand your take on this, it had to be done BEFORE the week they expired to :

1- ensure we have a $$ cushion over the next months in case,

2- that it needs to be done before the company anounces a buy-out/change of hands of the company so EE doesn't lose it all??

Point 2 is where I'm still not sure if I understand. Would anyone mind explaining?
