I recognize some on the board are under stress financially due to the missed deadlines from management. I think that type of stress causes a person to lose some objectivity. Isn't that what this board is all about? Difference of opinion, objectivity and respect?

I couldn't agree more with this statement ! And I believe some of the posters on here , by the new year are going to be forced into a hard decision . If they haven't already ! I know that when the new year comes I will be forced into this . This has gone beyond belief for "some of us" for sure .
