That was confirmed by Elmer to myself.

Based upon reading between the lines in my discussion with mgmt, the NR template prep had begun, and was imminent. That was two weeks ago.

Now even if there were a bunch of blanks that had to be filled in still for the NR to be complete, I must believe that that has now occurred.

What are we waiting for? Not sure, but I reminded myself that Elmer has pulled rabbit's out of his hat before. When we think there is just one key step we are waiting to hear about, Management has likely been working on at least ten, and out pops the surprise (Port booking, AZ properties,etc)
