That NR on the extension caught some folks by surprise (Jason, etc) Indeed the next nr was supposed to be BFS. HOWEVER when the lawyer says you must do this or that. You do it.

Its been a slog for all, but I feel a big smile coming our way.....

I would like someone to remind me how the 60day JV plays into things as compared to the 120Day clock?
