BurningRoF: So what is the possibility that the BFS isn't as good as original thought and what potential issues could be the cause? I am struggling to think of anything aside from potential CAPEX escalations but is there any chance that something could have changed drastically from the PFS?

I don't know the technical side well enough to answer that, but I imagine that if there was something, they would have let us know with in the year + they've had to figure that out. Something wouldn't come up at this stage in the game. I do think CAPEX will go up, but it'll be offset and I do think CAPEX may not go as high as some people imagine.

Metacomet: They would prefer to relay that information to their shareholders in some form other than a BFS contracted by Copper Fox

I'm sure they would prefer to, but that doesn't mean they will be able to. There's no possible way to say they can't show us the BFS when it's been announced that they "finished it" and only have a section left and reviewss.

Metacomet: They would much prefer that they first get a tremendous bargain for the Copper Fox interests in BC, like a very low price, and afterwards crow about what is in the BFS

Of course they would prefer that, but that doesn't mean they will be able to. They're not dealing with people who are strapped for cash. Remember, that management interests are our own interests; they own a large share of the float, even outside of EE. Elmer has a respectable amount of shares as does the rest of management. They can't just "get" it at a low price because they want it at one.
