BFS as indicated by statements from management in the pass indicate that the BFS should have been completed . Posters on here believe that the BFS should be completed . Yet we have seen nothing to indicate where abouts of this BFS . One has to assume that the BFS is being held up By who ? The only one that could hold this up is TECK . I say this because I believe that no one else would want to hold it up . So it is also an assumption that TECK has the power over cuu to do so . If TECk has this power , then we won't see a BFS as TECK has no need to have one released . AS we know that TECK is working closely with cuu . ANd they of course are well on top of everything that has gone on over the time that cuu has worked on SC and productive ability . So why would they need to release this , unless TECK decides to not go with a deal here . Which I don't see happening. So that's a very good indicate to me that TECK holds the reins here . As I said before this is my opinion . AS with every poster here it's only an opinion !
