Devil's Advocate; Worst Case

I can live with delays. I won't be happy waiting into March or April but I can do it. Even a year will not kill me but it will irritate me. I do worry about what Webs said regarding going private. If they do decide to go private would the price be based on the stock price or the value ie the BFS?
