If I was the majority shareholder, an insider, or Teck shareholder, I would wait a few weeks to be absolutely sure that the US fiscal cliff has been resolved. If I were Teck I wouldn't want my shareholders going nuts questioning a deal after the US economy fell off the cliff. Not rocket science. So I am rooting for a deal or illusion of a deal by the Dems and Reps! That will get us the NR we've been waiting for in my speculation. Be patient folks!
