BFS is NOT complete. He said it is 99.5% done. Six engineers are still looking things over. Once again Tetra Tech has been a problem and their work had to be re-reviewed several times. Not easy working with so many individuals at the same time.

CUU WILL RELEASE NR as soon as engineers sign off on the feasibility study.

Good news is: Elmer gave his WORD that NR will be out BEFORE CHRISTMAS.

Elmer said not to be influenced by what you hear on the Board. Please feel free to call him and he will be as truthful as he can. If he is not there, leave a message and he will call you as soon as he gets your message.
