I've refrained from posting the last couple of months sitting patiently as many advised but due to today's conversations with Elmer I have a question.

I'm not looking for replies like: I think he meant or I believe he meant but a definitive answer.

When Elmer says according to your call with him that the BFS is within a Hairs' breath , is he refering to the reviews of the BFS are almost done or is he refering to the actual BFS is almost done.
