I agree that they should try to communicate via official NR, and would save a lot of time by not having to talking to individual investors one by one and the information wouldn't be disputed either.

However, the CUU agoracom board is very active. After the actual CUU website, we're the next hit when you google Copper Fox Metals. Anyone doing even DD should come across this site at some point unless they only use the CUU site and talk to management directly themselves.
