Vette needs to stop perpetuating the myth about a four year clause!

First of all you're using a post I posted in Dec.

As for the 4 year clause being a myth ? Well I think we all recall Elmer admiting to it's existence twice in the public Dec webcast when someone called in about it.

So if you think it's a myth, call the office, all insiders know about it and acknowledge it.

Would CUU want or try to enforce it ? If CUU sold to another major would they want or try to enforce it ? Would Teck try to fight it ? Would Teck win in court or lose ? Who knows.
