Chops since in my mind, you are the go to guy in this matter, do you have any idea what it might be at this stage in the BFS that TT is haveing such a difficult time with?

This really is starting to get ridiculous if everybody is on board and the hang up is a TT buy off

I get that they are on the line here, but there must be something significant that they are wrestling with if they are willing to stall to this extent, especially given thier history of nonperforemance to date on this exercise
