If its any conciliation, I spoke with Elmer last week and he said that his lawyers have advised him not to speak about the the timing of the BFS. He did not give me a concrete timeline like he did Liddy. Take that as you may, I am not discrediting what Liddy said but I did receive somewhat contradictory statements. Personally, my opinion is we will not see it in 2012. Engineers like their holidays.
