Not sure what role, if any, Merit is currently playing in our BFS saga

There is no question that they are a force in the consulting industry and have been a player in our deliberations

It was my impression that they have concluded their review on our BFS and that the unborn BFS is experiencing labor pains exclusively with Tetra Tech-Waldrop

Looking at this thru the lens that Chop gave us with regard to the articles by the Jay Collins fellow associated with Merit, you get a sense that at least at some level, these guys could freeze beer in hell...
