Mangement has an important job to do in the BFS and they have tons more at stake. That is not the issue and I don't doubt or dispute that.
The issue is some shareholders, such as the shareholder - director, may feel comfortable to wait till hell freezes over for the final outcome because they may have additional information to make them feel comfotable. The issue is that the company missed its own end of summer target date and has since chose to keep retails in the dark. The non-communication is the issue and management has a duty to keep all shareholders informed of significant events that may affect their investment. JMO
