I sent an email to agoracom a while ago about the possibility that banned users' ratings still count and did not hear anything back.. Not that it is so important but why have ratings if they are not reliable, eh?

I noticed mutiple users ratings drops when a bunch of sh'ers come over to pollute the air. When they get banned nothing is being modified after...
