Your post reminded me of the two polls you organized, and who would've thought that after we all collectively missed the boat on the first poll, so far 65 out of 70 of us have missed the boat on the second poll. Looks like we just might need a third poll, if people are still interested, for the buy-out date.

How can we collectively be so wrong? That to me speaks volume about the accuracy of the information in the NR's. Just sayin!
