The CUU Guide for hassle free holidays
With the holiday season just around the corner, some CUU shareholders might need a little aid in order to deal with cocky in laws or harassing friends ‘ question and comments on your investement strategy, which lays, lets be honest, almost entirely on Copper Fox. Rest assured, here are some situations developed to help you manage those challenging moments!
1. First typical comment : So, how’s the BFS ?
Take a deep breath and don’t throw any insult, your wife might be watching beside the Christmas tree. Answer something like : The BFS is still being worked on, at first I must say it astounded me to see its not out but then, it allowed me to get through the 2012 market crisis in good shape. I will also be able to fill my TFSA with more shares first thing in 2013!
2. Lets continue with a hard one : Last year, you told me we where months away from a 3-5 bagger. I then invested my kids’ higher education savings in CUU and had to convince my daughter to take a year off and travel to Europe before going to College. My wife and I now live our life on different floors in the house. Are you confident we will see the BFS soon and possibly a buyout in q1 2013?
Thanks god you got prepared for that one, here’s a suggestion : You know, I strongly believe that the BFS was delayed for very valid reasons. These guys know what they are doing and possibly the payout will be well above what it could have been if they would had rushed things out. I am confident your wife will forbid you once you show her how patient you’ve been, and what the final outcome is.
3.A classic : If you could, would you still invest (insert amount of grants here) in a single stock?
The easy answer would of course be NO. But a true CUU shareholder does’nt show weakness outside the agoracom forum. Make him feel like he’s a lousy idiot to believe he can get rich with blink of eyes investments and tell him you considered selling your house and living at Holiday Inn Express for a couple of months in order to get more cheap shares. That should do the trick.
Finally, Don’t let anyone tell you : ‘’told ya’’ before all cards are on the table. If necessary, make a side bet to prove your stuborness. This will lead them to conclude you are either more of a wacko then they expected or suddenly get enlighten by the fact that this guy’s balls are actually invested in this stock and he’d actually bet more to prove me wrong, jeez I gotta call my investment concellor tomorrow morning.
That being said, good luck and good holidays to all!
