January 2013 or 2014?

CUU has had such poor communication in the past year I see no reason why this couldn't be delayed further. There has been no real communication regarding why its been delayed this long.

I sure hope it comes tomorrow, but preparing for another undetailed excuse about why its may be delayed for a few more months.

Regarding the SP, some say that the market always knows. Well they might have known that the reviews were required because there were delays and inconsistencies and that is why we see a SP below $1.20. Until these fears are eliminated the SP will stay in the toilet.
