Not sure how it works, just like the price of gas here in northern ontario, the barril price goes down our pump prices stay the same at about 134.9, the barril goes up, our pump prices jump to as much as 143.9.

That i guess tells us what has happened in the past but it also gives us an ideal of what could possibly happen to copper prices if the deficit trend continues.
