Hi Bostrin,

Teck has to accept the BFS for the clock to start ticking. If our BFS is tight and done right and Teck still doesnt accept it then CUU could take legal action. During this process no other company can make a move for CUU until Teck makes the first move but they only get one move so Teck has to make it count. This is a big reason for our delays. Nothing can be missed in this process. Vette throw your comments in if im wrong but im 99.9% sure im accurate here.
