Sorry webgogs , but i'm not in total agreement with you. The BFS was supposedly done at the end of Sept. with Teck's man overseeing the process. All the little details you speak of should have been taken care during the process leading up to it's completion.
We are now three months into the review and I find it unacceptable that management has not uttered a peep.
This whole deal hinges on the interpretation of the agreement and if {hypothetically] Teck has decided to play hardball ,what prevents them from a legal challenge , backing in for 75% with no constraints on building within 4 years.
That would leave CUU with 25% which nobody would touch if Teck decided to put this project on the backburner for years if they so wish.
Convince me that this is not possible and I will drop my concerns.
