The way this BFS came out is very unusual. Its like this was written for Teck to repel any CUU bidders until they buy out the entire district...


But Teck didn't need to let the BFS become public at all, right? If they wanted to buy every square inch of land that Copper Fox owns, they could have made the right offer and made CUU disappear prior to today.
