Teck asked to have this done in a worst case scenerio. Everyone is out of a blackout as well. Think about it.

Do we actually KNOW that the blackout has been lifted? If Teck asked to have this done in a "worst case scenario" does that not imply that there may be negotiations going on?

If so, the black out would not have been lifted.
