IMO this is all part of the deal between Teck and CUU i.e we will drill and prove up SC further in 2013 for Teck, perhaps under a new agreement.

Imho, most likely not as Teck now has a limited time frame to make a back-in decision or complete buyout. They will most likely drill further to define this area themselves after buyout so they will not need CUU.

Imho, Teck probably has a good idea what this rock is worth. We have done limited drilling on this but also have done alot of aerials, magnetic surveys etc to prove 1:1 correlation. Imo, this will be enough for Teck to figure out what a fair buyout value is. We will be taken out in the next few months imho. Cuu is finished with SC.
