Dont agree that we are partners with Teck. We will be negotiating with them and if they dont offer what Elmer and the Board thinks Shaft Creek is worth, their bid will not be accepted. Anything else would be a violation of the Boards fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders, mostly themselves, but including the longs on AGM. Rip
