Assuming Teck is going to buy out Copper Fox, as has been so elegantly articulated by several here, I hope it's sooner rather than later. But that grace period of 45 days to sort things out may provide time for the SP to increase to the point that Teck won't have to do so much explaining to its shareholders about whatever premium it is prepared to pay.
