I think this is a done deal and I point to a particular line in the NR

5 years pre-production period followed with a productive mine life of 21 years;

I believe this is one of the little details that had to be ironed out.I think CUU has agreed to some flexibility to allow Teck an improved time frame for building the mine otherwise why is it now 5 years instead of 4.

This is my opinion only but sure looks like all that is left is a formal offer.
